Effectively manages crew to satisfy safety, quality, production, expense control, and crew
management goals.
Organizes, supervises, leads and trains employees to complete projects within established
guidelines and timeframe.
Enforces all company and/or client-required safety policies and procedures.
Conducts weekly safety / quality meetings and monitors work practices for safety and quality
workmanship.
Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crew
member discipline and documentation.
Submits all required administrative paperwork and field reports on schedule, and electronically
transmits a payroll for the entire crew at the end of each work week.
Maintains good customer and public relations.
Maintains accuracy of paperwork and / or computer input.
Responsible for all activities of the crew on-the-job when under the Foreman's supervision.
Responsible for maintenance and safe operation of all tools, vehicles and equipment.
