Seeking a driven and hard-working individual to join our team in a customer service role as a delivery driver in the automotive industry.
The role will primarily involve going to each customer's site with their order, putting it away in an organized manner, and maintaining positive client relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
This role is a great opportunity that will require good communication and problem solving skills while working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Delivering customer's orders all throughout the Metro-Atlanta area and making sure to put away products in customers' shops in the desired location Loading and unloading products in the delivery vehicle Managing time efficiently in order to complete all deliveries within the typical timeframe, as well as proactively preparing for future deliveries Dealing with customers courteously and professionally, seeking to resolve issues when needed Communicating with other departments if necessary to handle customer requests Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the order fulfillment process Qualifications Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license Able to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs Good verbal communication skills needed Problem-solving skills Previous customer service is preferred Proficient in/able to learn computer systems and software applications Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a bonus The employee shall be free of any alcohol or non prescribed controlled substance while on duty.
In addition, the employee shall be free of any substance, prescribed or otherwise, that impairs the employee's work performance or the safety of others while on duty.
