Job Summary We are seeking a disciplined and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator who is ready to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
This job requires the ability to complete many different tasks with a careful approach that ensures accuracy and quality.
A high level of expertise is expected and the ability to follow all procedures to facilitate the production of high-quality parts produced with many different methods is required to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities and Duties Perform quality system audits to identify continuous improvement opportunities as well as help implement solutions.
Train all levels of the organization on proper execution of company quality system as it impacts each individual's role.
Apply multiple different measurement methods up to and including programming/operating a CMM.
Manage gage calibration program.
Able to maintain a quality management system in compliance with IS 9001.
Including managing recertification and surveillance audits from third party certifiers.
Partner with the leadership team to determine cost savings opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications 5
equivalent years of experience as a Quality Technician 1 or more years' experience programming or operating a CMM in a production environment.
(PC-DMIS preferred) Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Must have the ability to communicate effectively orally, in writing, in person, and by phone.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for data entry and editing of documentation.
In-dept with experience with tight tolerance manufacturing and GD&T Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities.
About the Position Salary:
Commensurate with experience Full Time Monday-Friday 8 paid US Holidays Eligible for quarterly bonus subject to company policies Pay:
$26 - $33 / hr.
