Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Manage phone systems and handle incoming calls - Handle human resources tasks such as employee onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration - Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders - Maintain and organize office files and documents - Assist with training and development of office staff - Provide clerical support as needed - Manage office supplies and inventory - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Proven experience in medical office management is preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and handling incoming calls - Knowledge of human resources processes and procedures - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in file management and record keeping - Familiarity with training development processes is a plus - Proficient in clerical tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation - Experience in team management and supervision is preferred - Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Experience in vendor management is desirable Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
