The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail.
You will report to a manager or another senior team member.
Understanding of information confidentiality principles is compulsory.
The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database.
Responsibilities Data entry of journal entries in an accurate manner transferring data from paper format into computer files or database systems.
Compile and sort all accounting documents as required for processing.
Reviewing, processing, and maintaining assigned financial records.
Support tasks as assigned by accounting personnel.
Skills Quick with 10-key typing.
Proficient computer skills are required in Microsoft Excel, Word and financial software.
Must have strong organizational and filing skills.
Must be able to multiple task.
Self-directed and strong attention to detail.
Bilingual in Spanish is required.
