We are looking for a personal injury attorney who has a minimum of 2-4 years of personal injury working experience, including trial experience.
Skills Required:
- Conduct legal research and analysis using various resources such as Lexis-Nexis; - Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; - Assist with case management, including organizing documents and maintaining case files; - Prepare for and participate in negotiations and settlement discussions; - Represent clients in trials, depositions, and other hearings; - Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies; and - Conduct client interviews and gather relevant information for cases.
Experience Required:
- Tried at least 5 cases, preferably as first chair; - Conducted at least 50 depositions; - Handled at least 100 cases from start to finish; - Proficiency in using legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis or Westlaw; - Experience with drafting and document preparation; - Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients; Why you should work for us:
