Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls and schedule appointments - Verify patient insurance information and collect co-payments - Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information - Assist with billing and coding tasks as needed - Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy and confidentiality - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow - Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents
Qualifications:
